Council room's Chairs should be at equal distance....the way it is now...
it seems different ranks of Council...which should not happen....thats why 1 down...
Those Effects in the room are....horrible....
Very effects should be there...you know...Council room should have silence...
NOT ROCK AND JAM PARTY

it should be a place where .......Council can see each other....
